Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Artistica.shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping: To accommodate the size of our artwork, we offer delivery via UPS or personal courier. If an item is in stock, it generally arrives within 2-3 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. For custom pieces, the typical shipping time is 8-10 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Transit time usually takes 7-10 business days, which includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Please note that all pieces are insured until they reach your requested shipping address.

Delivery and Signature: We kindly ask that you review your delivery upon its arrival. Our packages do not require a signature upon receipt, unless requested otherwise. If you have any questions regarding the shipping and delivery of your item, please contact us at aadams@academy.com.

UPS Services: We are proud to offer UPS services as one of our shipping options. If you prefer the convenience and reliability of UPS, simply choose this option at checkout.


Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We do not cover the costs duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer in their region.
