What is the shipping policy for purchased art works ?
Shipping: To accommodate the size of our artwork, we offer delivery via UPS or personal courier. If an item is in stock, it generally arrives within 2-3 weeks of order receipt, unless otherwise specified. For custom pieces, the typical shipping time is 8-10 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Transit time usually takes 7-10 business days, which includes hub transfers, sorting, and inspections. Please note that all pieces are insured until they reach your requested shipping address.
Delivery and Signature: We kindly ask that you review your delivery upon its arrival. Our packages do not require a signature upon receipt, unless requested otherwise. If you have any questions regarding the shipping and delivery of your item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
UPS Services: We are proud to offer UPS services as one of our shipping options. If you prefer the convenience and reliability of UPS, simply choose this option at checkout.
What is the refund policy for purchased artworks?
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase. You’ll also be responsible for shipping cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Academy Center of the Arts, 600 Main Street, Lynchburg VA 24504.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for artworks damaged later than the 48 hour time period of it arrival. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not do exchanges on any of the artworks.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
